Cancellation Policy Statement effective from June 12, 2012; updated March 12, 2026
At Chasing Media, we aim to provide transparent and reliable digital marketing and automation services. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which clients may cancel services and how cancellation requests are handled.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Service Cancellation Request
Clients may request cancellation of any service by submitting a written request via email.
Cancellation requests must include:
- Client name
- Service or project name
- Date of payment
- Reason for cancellation
Requests should be sent to our official contact email listed on the website.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, the request may be accepted and a refund may be processed after deducting any administrative or transaction charges.
Once resources have been assigned or project work has begun, cancellation charges may apply.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If the project or service has already started:
- Charges will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any completed tasks, strategy development, design work, or campaign setup will be billed accordingly.
- Any remaining balance may be adjusted based on the agreed project scope.
Completed work or delivered digital assets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Monthly Marketing Services
For recurring services such as:
- Digital Marketing Campaign Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns
Clients must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

For services involving paid advertising such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other paid marketing platforms
Once advertising budgets have been allocated or campaigns have been launched, those costs cannot be cancelled or refunded because they are managed by third-party platforms.
6. Website Design & Development Projects
For website design or development projects:
- Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
- If cancellation occurs during development, payment will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Completed design work, development tasks, or delivered files remain the property of the client only after full payment is received.
7. Third-Party Costs
Certain services may involve payments to third-party providers such as:
- Advertising platforms
- Domain registrations
