Refund Policy – Chasing Media
At Chasing Media, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, automation, and website development services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided.

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, automation, and professional services, most services provided by Chasing Media are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refund requests may be considered only in specific situations described below.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, a refund may be processed after deducting:
- Administrative charges
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Consultation or strategy planning costs (if applicable)
Refund approval is subject to review by our team.
3. Services That Are Non-Refundable
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:

- WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns
- WhatsApp Automation & Chatbot Setup

- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, PPC)
- Website Design or Development Projects
- Graphic Design Services
These services involve time, strategy development, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once work begins.
4. Monthly Marketing Services
For recurring services such as:
- Digital Marketing Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns
Payments are made in advance for each billing cycle.
Refunds will not be issued for the current billing period once the service has started. Clients may cancel future services according to the Cancellation Policy.
5. Paid Advertising Budgets
Advertising budgets used for platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to third-party advertising platforms.
Chasing Media does not control refund policies of those platforms.
6. Website Design & Development Projects
Website design and development projects usually require an advance payment or deposit.
Once the project has started:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled midway, payments will be calculated based on the work completed.
Completed design or development work will be delivered after final payment.
7. Third-Party Services
Services involving third-party costs are non-refundable once payment has been processed. These may include:
- Domain registration
- Website hosting services
- Paid marketing tools
- WhatsApp API providers
- Software subscriptions
Refunds for such services depend on the policies of the respective providers.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, when possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on payment providers.
